About Dr. Azra Hussaini
Dr. Azra Hussaini, MD, FACP, founded The Doc’s Here to make primary care easier to reach, more personal and far less rushed. She offers telemedicine, house calls and in office visits for patients in Maryland with virtual care also available in New York and Virginia.
Her approach is simple. She listens first. Every visit is shaped around the person in front of her, not just the symptoms. Patients are welcomed with respect, patience and care that considers their culture, background, comfort and real life concerns.
With training in internal medicine and geriatrics, Dr. Hussaini supports patients through wellness exams, chronic care management, mental health concerns, women’s health and everyday medical needs. Her goal is to help you feel heard, supported and cared for properly.

Jaspreet Kaur, PA-C
Jaspreet Kaur, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant practicing outpatient internal medicine with The Doc’s Here under the supervision of Dr. Azra Hussaini. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Jaspreet is excited to return to the practice where she completed her internal medicine rotation and had the opportunity to meet and care for many of the patients she now serves. As a new graduate, she brings strong clinical training along with hands-on experience from working as an emergency room scribe for three years and as a dermatology medical assistant for one year.
Her clinical interests include preventive care, mental health, and emergency medicine, and she is passionate about helping patients stay healthy, informed, and empowered in their care. Jaspreet takes a patient-centered, collaborative, holistic, and evidence-based approach, valuing open communication and cultural sensitivity to ensure each patient feels heard and supported.
Jaspreet speaks Punjabi, which allows her to better serve a diverse patient population. Outside of medicine, she enjoys exercising, trying new cooking recipes, traveling, and experiencing different cultures. She is deeply motivated by a desire to give back and help others, and she looks forward to building long-term relationships with her patients while supporting their overall health and well-being.
